Shipping Policy


  • Webpage does not have access to live inventory, if an item shows in stock or available, it does not mean it is. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Any order placed after 10:00 am Eastern Time , will process the following day. 
  • All orders must be shipped to same address as billing. 
  • Freight shipping charges at check out are not accurate, you will be contacted after check out with an accurate price prior to the order processing. 
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it takes 3-4 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 3-4 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately. Instore pick up orders will be available after 12pm ET the day it arrives. 
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments take 2-10 days.
  • All Local Pick up orders must provide identification; All pick up orders over $500 can only be picked up by purchasing party. 
  • Orders using shipping promo codes will only be eligible for ground shipping in the contiguous US . 
  • Hazardous items such as fluids and batteries, as well as glass are in store pick up items only.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for oversize order shipping.
  • If ordering restricted aluminum components, please do not place the order and contact us directly. We will need your Audi Certification number to process the order. All orders placed for restricted aluminum will be cancelled. 
  • We cannot guarantee transit times on Accessories/Collection/Other 3rd Party Items.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • All oversized orders such as hoods, doors, engines, transmissions and lift gates are pick up only. You can have a freight company pick up your item, they can call us anytime to set up a pick up.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • All Coded orders, such as keys, locks and key tags, have to be done in store.
